Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order placement
- Communicate with customers in English to ensure effective communication
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while assisting customers
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problemsolving skills
- Maintain an organized work area and ensure inventory is properly stocked
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to upsell products or services
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

From £25,631.24 per year
