Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order placement
  • Communicate with customers in English to ensure effective communication
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while assisting customers
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problemsolving skills
  • Maintain an organized work area and ensure inventory is properly stocked

Qualifications:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to upsell products or services
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,631.24 per year
