At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry out their role.

Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 1000 and 1600, with operating hours between 0800 and 1830. This allows employees to have a start time between 0800 and 1000 and finish time between 1600 and 1830

Leading a group of experts through change, using appropriate change management techniques.
Initiates, formulates and implements new business practices for own discipline, while managing the development and/or delivery of a significant element of the organization's change management program.
Making recommendations to leadership teams and influencing senior management. To manage relationships with key internal & External customers and act as their business partner, while typically using support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Managing and organising a wide range of people in short timescales and to meet fastchanging needs of a wider project. Experience of a full project lifecycle, from request to requirements to implementation.
Engages with senior business leaders to understand longterm strategic challenges.
Provides input into the development of compliance policies, develops underlying procedures and monitors their implementation for area of responsibility within the organization.
Identifies and evaluates complex expertiseled solutions against a range of criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs.
Takes responsibility for developing and delivering an approach to strategic planning for a key part of the organization.
Makes a significant improvement on shortterm or longterm business performance by recommending authoritative technical and/or professional solutions.
Manages output delivery for a substantial operational department by leading others.
