Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Residence Client Services Manager to work with one of our clients in Kent.

What the job will be doing

  • Develop a firstclass client experience model throughout the team/s and to continually look for areas of improvement and efficiency to further improve the services wherever possible.
  • To deal with all complaints and issues raised, keeping a log and reporting on a monthly basis, highlighting trends and other issues to the management teams.
  • Assist in the plans for refurbishment of accommodation and facilities and where necessary contributing to refurbishment and design specifications for new projects.
  • To provide the leadership and motivation necessary to ensure your team members are able to deliver the quality required by the service. The role will include recruitment, induction and appraisal and development of team members.
  • To ensure that the correct procedures are in place for the reporting and monitoring of all faults in the accommodation using the call logging system. Ensure response times meet agreed Service Levels and formally report to the Head of Accommodation on amonthly basis.

What you will need

  • Higher Education Qualification in Housing/Facilities/Management or equivalent
  • Previous experience in residential, accommodation or client services environment
  • Proven ability to effectively manage staff, including the management of supervisory staff and to include the selection of staff, appraisal and performance management, training and development.
  • Complaint and conflict management
