Our facility boasts creatively designed mini-golf courses that challenge players of all ages, alongside an array of delicious food and refreshing beverages.

Whether it's a family outing, a corporate team-building event, or a birthday party, we've got the perfect setting to create unforgettable memories.

Role Description:
As a Team Member at our indoor Crazy Golf venue, you'll be an essential part of the fun and dynamic environment we offer to our guests

Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service:

Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring they have a fantastic time and leave with smiles on their faces.

On-Course Sales:
Engage with players on the mini-golf courses, offering them drinks, and snacks to enhance their experience.

Food and Beverage Service:

Take orders, serve food, and prepare a range of beverages, including alcoholic drinks for adults (following all legal guidelines) and non-alcoholic options for children.

Party Hosting:

Assist in hosting and organizing parties and events, making sure all guests are having a blast and everything runs smoothly.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

Keep the venue clean, tidy, and safe at all times, including the courses, seating areas, and food service stations.

Requirements:

Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive, joyful atmosphere.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers of all ages.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and stay calm under pressure.
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate the busy nature of the venue.
Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or event hosting is a plus but not required.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Salary:
£9.35-£10.45 per hour
