Accounts Receivable Finance Assistant to join their busy global finance team.

We are seeking someone interested in kickstarting or developing their career in Finance.

As part of this transactional finance team, the Accounts Receivable Finance Assistant will to obtain payments and manage all related queries.


  • What's involved?_
  • Participate in the collection of outstanding debt
  • Correct allocation of cash received and credits
  • Ensure invoices are received by client & manage bespoke invoices required
  • Generate monthly and adhoc statements
  • Create aged debtor reports
  • Ledger reconciliations
  • Manage client relationships and build a professional working relationship with all stakeholders
  • Meet key targets as agreed with management
  • Maintain accurate task records
  • Graduate of a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related area
    OR:
  • 1-2 years' experience in a finance administration role, preferably within Professional or Finance Services environment
Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in a customer service role or of answering client queries interacting with stakeholders
  • Experience in a KPI driven environment
