Framework is a registered charity delivering housing, support, health and employment services to people with a diverse range of needs.
We provide access to treatment for people with mental health issues, those misusing alcohol or illegal substances, and join up services for homeless people with multiple and complex needs.
We are seeking an additional member of our Corporate Leadership Team to further enhance and expand this work.Reporting to the Director of Health and Social Care, our new Assistant Director - Service Quality will be instrumental in ensuring that we are delivering excellent services and effective interventions.
Your primary responsibility will be the development of the systems, policies and procedures that we need to ensure that our work is effective, empowering and safe.
You will be our 'go-to' person, in-house expert and organisational lead in matters of service quality and improvement.
Framework has a strong tradition of innovation and the post holder will be responsible for working across all service areas to maintain and develop this tradition, implementing good practice and challenging our teams to achieve more.
We aim to make people's lives better. Do you have the following qualities that will help us do this?
- Experience of leadership in supported housing, social care, health or employment services.
- Experience of developing and delivering services which are psychologically and traumainformed.
- A concern for those we exist to serve which will drive innovation and strategic development in their best interests.
- An understanding of the issues that homeless people face.
- Evidenced experience of how you have run a service or organisation.
- You may be an experience Operations Manager or similar looking for the next step in your career.
- You may have a background in Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, Psychology, Nursing. All areas that can bring valued experience to the role.
- Confidence to express your views and make impactful decisions.
