Our client is seeking passionate Level 2 Nursery Practitioners to join their dedicated team at a renowned and nurturing nursery based in Newington

Position:
Nursery Practitioner Level 2

Location:
Newington

Employment Type:
Full-Time

Shifts Pattern:
Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 6:30pm, 40 hours a week.

Salary:
Competitive, based on experience

About the Role:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children to learn and develop.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and implementing ageappropriate activities to stimulate children's development.
Observe and record children's progress, behavior, and development.
Observing and recording children's progress and sharing insights with parents and caregivers.
Assisting with meal and snack times, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
Engage with children in exciting activities that foster their physical, cognitive, and social development.
Create a safe and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, ensuring open communication and a smooth transition from home to nursery.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Enthusiasm for providing highquality childcare and promoting children's learning.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their early learning journeys.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude, even in the face of challenges.
Relevant certifications or coursework in childcare or early childhood education is a plus
