This is a full time, permanent position working 6.30am to 6.30pm 3 on / 3 off with a salary of £10.75 per hour.

As part of CPM Team your daily tasks will include;

To follow specifications and demonstrations from Line Manager/Supervisor/QC;
Understanding that your role is key to the effective operation of the line and you have specific responsibilities to ensure production runs efficiently;
Adherence to Health and Safety rules and procedures, including wearing correctly issued PPE

Requirements:

To check the cuts of meat to ensure that they are in line with specifications.
To arrange meat in packaging, complying with display requirements set out in product specifications and following line one page specs.
To ensure that the pack weight is correct and in line with specifications.
To reject any items including packaging and meats that look to be outside of the parameters set out in the product specifications, following one page specifications.
