We are currently recruiting for a Stock Controller to work Monday to Friday DAYS for a leading manufacturing company based in Mold, offering great benefits including an early finish on Fridays and free parking


This is a permanent role offering a salary of approx £25,000 per annum dependent on experience, working Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00, and Friday 08:30 - 14:00 with occasional overtime.

As Stock Controller you will be working within the Warehouse & Logistics Department, reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager with the following responsibilities:
Ensuring the Company has the right amount of stock in the right place at the right time, from raw materials to finished good in a timely manner to avoid any line downtime
Ensuring the flow of supplies and product to and from the production halls
Preparation and supply of despatch documentation
Conducting stock takes and rotation along with reviewing conditions of the stock
Deputise in the Manager's absence
To manage all stock compliances and inventory related activities, for both onsite and external warehouses
Ensuring correct documentation is received and issued with goods in and out
We are keen to hear from applicants with the below experience and skills:
At least 2 years working as a Stock Controller, Warehouse & Inventory Control Operative or similar
Hold a current Counterbalance Forklift License
Full UK Driving Licence
Excellent knowledge of receipt, storage, and distribution of products in a FMCG environment
Computer literate, ideally with an understanding of WMS (warehouse management system)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others
Ability to make decisions and solve problems
Experience supervising a small team
