What is the purpose of the role?

The Landlord Services Officer role provides an all-encompassing range of housing management services to Bolton at Home's leased property portfolio and other areas of new business.

The role will be responsible for providing income management, anti-social behaviour, allocations and tenancy management for Bolton at Home's landlords.

Why is the role important?

The role is important to ensure continued growth of business in the organisation, ensuring potential revenue is maximised whilst also providing an excellent housing management service to our customers.

The postholder will be integral in promoting our Lease Management service and contributing to ongoing growth of this exciting new area of the business.
