Job Summary
Guestkey Limited is an exciting and growing company specialising in the manufacture and implementation of Computerised Locking Systems for the hospitality sector worldwide.
In this role, French speaking at business level is essential as well as fluent English as you will be required to Interpret, compose and prepare correspondence in French and English.
Regular travel to France to take meetings with and on behalf of the Managing Director is also required and therefore you will need to be flexible in terms of hours.
This role requires the ability to learn quickly, have excellent attention to detail and to manage workloads effectively and pro-actively.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Organise and facilitate meetings, conference calls, travel itineraries and accommodation.
- Flexibility to travel
- Managing and writing electronic correspondence
- Compose and prepare correspondence in French and English
- Diary Management.
- Communicate with important clients and colleagues on a daily basis in a professional manner.
- Manage ongoing task list and prioritise accordingly
Requirements:
- Fluent French as well as fluent English.
- Proven experience in a similar role is required
- An approachable, kind manner
- Must be highly organised and able to work independently and unsupervised.
- Ability to deal with multiple and conflicting prioritise in a calm manner.
- Strong communication skills, including verbal and written.
- Must be highly computer literate, with excellent MS word, MS Excel skills.
- Accurate dictation and typing skills.

£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
