Description

Responsibilities:

Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign

Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy

Develop content of marketing campaigns

Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends

Manage and allocate budget correctly

Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that includes the use of tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media.

Design and create graphic content for the academy's website, social media, and other digital marketing channels.

Analyse website and social media performance using Google Analytics and other analysis tools and make recommendations for improving traffic and conversions.

Create and manage online advertising campaigns, such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and Twitter Ads, to promote the academy and increase student enrollment.

Manage and grow the academy's social media presence, including content creation, post scheduling, and performance analysis.

Research and propose new digital marketing methods and emerging technologies that could benefit the academy.

Coordinate and work closely with other academy departments to ensure consistency and quality of marketing messages across all platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

3 years of relevant experience

Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills

Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
