Hybrid working (2 days remote and 3 days in our offices in Old Street)

Due to rapid growth, we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Product Executive.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to work in a fast-paced company and will be liaising directly with the Head Of Product and supporting the properties team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the property database with auditing, updating and adding new property partners
• Copywriting for our property partners ensuring brand guidelines are followed
• Loading and updating packages onto the PetsPyjamas website
• Ensure availability is monitored and maintained when needed for our property partners
• Manage, develop, and increase the properties connected via channel managers and assist with any queries and connectivity issues
• Build and maintain collections on the PetsPyjamas website
• Ensure rate parity is honoured by our property partners
• Assist on producing weekly/monthly stats and reviewing any issues
• Support the sales team with any relevant requests and questions
• Other travel jobrelated duties related to this role as assigned
• Ad hoc office duties

Experience and skills required:

• Impeccable attention to detail
• Wellorganised and confident with planning and prioritisation skills
• Quick and thorough at grasping concepts and contexts
• Strong IT skills including experience in Microsoft Office etc
• Salesforce experience would be preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
