The Haldane Group is one of the UK and Ireland's leading Independent Timber Merchants. We have an excellent opportunity for Credit Control Administrator to join our long established and evolving business.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our GB Regional Office in Garstang


This is a dual role.

Your time will be split between Credit Control duties and Business Administration

Key responsibilities of the Credit Control Administrator:

  • Developing & Maintaining strong relationships with key customers and our sales team.
  • Assisting with a wide variety of other credit control processes and procedures
  • General administration duties including cover of Sales overflow telephone line
  • Management of meeting calendar
  • Provide administrative support by taking meeting minutes when required
  • Meet and greet visitors to the Regional Office

Our new Credit Control Administrator will:

  • Be a confident communicator, self-motivated and a team player
  • Be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Have a strong attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative
  • Be able to develop positive relationships throughout the business
  • Have experience of working in a busy office environment
Previous experience of working within a credit control department is preferred.
