Page Personnel are recruiting for a Management Accountant on behalf of a well established business who operate globally - role based in Wigan.


The purpose of this role is to act as a Management Accountant and Finance Business Partner for key sites within the business.

This is an excellent role for an experienced Finance Business Partner looking for a change OR a Management Accountant looking to step up

Description

Duties will include:

  • Accurate production of monthend management accounts and associated commentary
  • KPI dashboard preparation and control for the Chesterfield plant
  • Developing a business partnering relationship with the key stakeholders for the Chesterfield plant
  • Challenging business unit performance and carrying out analysis to understand and enhance business unit performance
  • Involvement in preparing budgets & forecasts for the business unit
  • Maintaining standard costs for the business unit
  • Assisting with audit processes

Profile

  • Have a proven track record in a similar role
  • Be part qualified with ACA / ACCA / CIMA
  • Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Be comfortable handling and manipulating large volumes of data
