We enjoy an enviable reputation as one of Europe's most prestigious venues with the OVO Hydro consistently ranked in the top 3 busiest venues in the world, attracting over 2 million visitors per year.
We're looking for a motivated and friendly Project Support Assistant to work as part of our Project Team and in line with our vision to become theBest Event Campus in Europe.
The project support assistant will be responsible for working in the Projects Team to help deliver the following:
Provide administration support to the project team during research, delivery and implementation of initiatives for the company, including scheduling meetings and drafting meeting minutes
Support a research and development culture within the Project Team
Support the full life cycle of any project
Production of monthly reports required by your line manager and director
Assist with the development and maintenance of a library of documents including project plans and reporting
Adopt the integration of technology and digital processes in the Project Team ensuring appropriate systems are in place for effective management
Our Project Team work closely together in a busy environment, ensuring that all expectations are exceeded and providing the highest quality service to each event

A willingness to learn new skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Experience in drafting meeting minutes and actions and project documentation
Hands-on, passionate, and flexible? A clear and concise communicator? Confident working with clients and skilled in multi-tasking, with a dedicated and enthusiastic attitude?
