Goodyer Limited is looking for an enthusiastic & experienced Insurance Surveyor for domestic insurance repairs in the London area.
The role is permanent with an excellent package (including company vehicle and discretionary bonus) working for a company with over 25 years' experience dealing with insurance repairs.
The Role:
The successful applicant will survey a number of insurance claims across the North & West London area, they will have control over their own diary and will be responsible for:
- Effective Communication with the Customer and Client
- Surveying property damage and preparing an accurate schedule of work
- Assisting with Contract Management
- Producing initial Construction Phase Plans
- Cost Control and Profitability
- Inputting Variations
- Compliance with Client Service Levels and Inhouse Processes
