Job Title:
IT Support Engineer

Location:
Blackpool

Salary:
£32,000 - £40,000


We are an established Recruitment Agency and are currently looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a growing client in Blackpool.

*You must have a driving license for this role*
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT support to customers by responding to queries and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Install and configure IT systems, including hardware, software and networks
  • Monitor and maintain network security
  • Identify and resolve technical problems
  • Ensure all systems are up to date and running efficiently
  • Maintain and update technical documentation

Technical Skills:


  • Knowledge of Windows systems
  • Experience with networking technologies
  • Familiarity with virtualisation technologies
  • Provide 1st and 2nd support
  • Provide hands on infrastructure support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
