Our client is a global independent construction, property, and management consultancy.

They deliver commercial success, project and programme success, asset optimisation along with specialist consultancy and digital services to maximise value in all areas of the built environment.

They are searching for a
M&E Surveyor (Consultancy) with experience in commercial, residential, local authority, education, and leisure sectors.

This position is full-time permanent, Monday to Friday, with an excellent benefits package.

Day to day:

Completed Digital Surveys on M&E Contracts within the Healthcare Sector.
To support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances.
To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures.
Comply with established procurement/commercial/contractual strategies.
Responsible for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards.

Experience & Qualifications:

Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Surveying Degree.
5+ years' experience within a UK Consultancy.
Chartered or equivalent professional qualification or currently working toward.
A track record of working within M&E projects and Digital Surveying.
Well organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, welldisciplined, and commercially astute.
Working knowledge of various forms of UK Building Contracts.
