**Semi Senior Accountant
Taunton, Somerset

Salary to £32,000 + Benefits**CV Screen is recruiting for a Semi Senior Accountant to join a succesful and rapidly growing Accountancy Business.

You will join a forward-thinking accountancy firm who offer great support and the opportunity to develop on your career path.


Overview of the role

  • The preparation of sole trader and partnership accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of Management Accounts
  • Production of Sole Trader, Partnership and Limited Company Accounts.
  • Preparing corporation tax computation calculations and basic tax planning.
  • Preparation and submission of VAT returns.
  • Use cloud accounting tools to process transactions,, update all ledgers, perform bank reconciliations ready for the monthly reporting process,
  • Any Other professional service roles demanded by a busy accountancy practice

REQUIREMENTS

  • You will be at least part Qualified AAT, ACCA or ACA or equivalent professional qualification or qualified by experience
  • You will have experience in a Practice environment with both accountancy and tax experience
  • Knowledge of IRIS and Xero would be useful.
