Customer Experience Lead6 months initially
Occasional travel to Edinburgh for workshops
You and your team will shape and deliver customer experiences working with data analysts, behavioural scientists and other specialist roles.
You will be responsible for strategy formation, concept development, and design delivery, partnering with product owners, business analysts, engineers and senior leaders to see ideas through to implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for shaping and implementing the design strategy and customer experience across the one of our Insurance Platforms.
- Work with research teams across the organisation to better understand the needs of businesses from the smallest business to the largest financial institutions.
- Understand design goals and challenges in the context of our business and engineering priorities, and drive a holistic approach
- Ensure customer value is central to decisionmaking from shaping of the proposition to embedding measurement into journey design.
- Collaborate with Designers across other areas to ensure design and delivery of a joinedup experience.
- Develop strong relationships with senior leaders to enable strategic influence of future customer experience design.
- Mentor and coach Designers within the platform and build a strong culture of collaboration.
