We are looking for 1 electrical foreman, 1 electrician and 1 electrical mates to work on a subcontract basis on commercial/retail fitout.

This is a temporary position, the project runs from Mid-November for an 12 week fit out period.

Ideally the team will be self-sufficient and be able to work from a set of drawings with instruction from a project manager attending weekly.

We are happy for the project to be let on a price basis to a suitable team.

The work consists of the full fit out of a Climbing hangar facility in an empty commercial unit. New Submains, Distribution, Sub main containment, power, lighting, fire alarm and installation of data and media cable.

The project will be suitable for operatives in the Edinburgh region.

We are keen to here from apprenticed trained electricians who hold City and Guilds 2330, 2360, 2365 or current equivalent.

18th edition wiring regulations and 2391 or equivalent would be advantageous. Must hold current CSCS or ECS card. IPAF 3a 3b would be advantageous but not essential.

Work will include installation of containment, completion of wiring systems and fire alarm, right through to the finished product.

We pay our CIS scheme registered subcontractors on a weekly basis.
