Integrated Engineering Database Coordinator***

Salary:
£34,831 + (dependent on skills and experience)
What you'll be doing:
- Ensure expeditious transmission of all Technical Services generated maintenance data to the relevant Part 145 maintenance organisations and suppliers within the applicable timescales
- Support the delivery of safety, Airworthiness, and cost effectiveness whilst maximising product operational efficiency
- Support the Continuing Airworthiness Management of HAWK T1 & T2 aircraft and in particular, the Technical Services, Information Management system of record
- Produce reports for notification to CAMSS, the Maintenance Organisation Pt145 and/or TAA/DH as applicable
- Work with third party suppliers and stakeholders in providing services to and from Technical Services department under the terms of the contract to deliver the desired quality of service within the agreed timescales
- Manage the technical information feedback process to ensure any content issues or proposed improvements are appropriately addressed
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Background and/or knowledge of dealing with technical queries
- Experience using a technical query database
- Strong IT skills
Desirable:
- Knowledge and understanding of the Airworthiness regulatory environment
- Understanding of how to work within an Aircraft environment is desirable

The Technical Services team:
This role will provide you with the opportunity to expand your knowledge of technical details, the platform, the CAMSS organisation and regulatory requirements to subsequently allow progression within the organisation, with an opportunity to develop into a Subject Matter Expert in the future.
