Job Overview:
We are seeking a multi skilled agent to join our team. You must have excellent sales skills, good telephone manner, and outstanding customer services skills
Minimum 2 years' Travel Agency/Tour Operator experience in a target based, sales role involving selling flights, holidays, hotels and cruises.
Duties:
Making flight, holiday, hotel and cruise reservations and booking all travel requirements
Managing amendments, cancellations, and schedule changes
Creating quotes quickly, using airline, hotel, and transfer travel systems.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' Travel Agency/Tour Operator experience in a target based, sales role (involving selling flights)
Proficiency in Amadeus
Proficiency in booking cruises and holidays
The role is a varied one, working as part of a small, but very busy team, undertaking a variety of tasks simultaneously, you will need to demonstrate first-class customer service and, quick learning, passion, and ambition.

Pay:
£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
