  • 26 selfcontained moveon and affordable accommodation.
  • Supported mother and baby accommodation.
  • Award winning youth and family services including youth clubs, parent and toddler groups, and dads' support groups.
  • Café, conferencing, and gym facilities.
  • Wellbeing and mental health support programmes.

The Head of Finance and Sustainability is a pivotal role within the senior leadership team, providing both dynamic leadership and functional expertise.
The role is broad and wide ranging based around four key areas of focus:

  • Overarching leadership of both the finance team and a diverse charity and commercial operation which is rapidly expanding and changing.
  • Financial oversight and governance, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and team coaching and mentoring.
  • Capital, risk, asset, and procurement management.


Whilst being a qualified accountant is essential, this role is varied and multi-disciplinary and you will need to be able to work at pace in a multi-faceted team and diverse operation.

You will have a solid track record of success in a comparable role or be ready to take the next step to broaden your career.


It is imperative that you can add value to the organisation quickly, work within the senior leadership team and with the board of trustees.

You will be a natural leader who is able to communicate and inspire across our organisation.

You will have the ability to develop long-term relationships with funders, partners, and the wider community as an integral part of the role.


Job Types:

Salary:
£45,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
