Reed Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a well established client in Gateshead who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis.
Working in a busy team, your main duties will include:- Processing purchase invoices.
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details.
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Process credit card statements and Expenses.
- Prepare for weekly payment runs.
- Use Aged Creditors as part of the month end procedure to verify account balances.
