About The Role:

We are seeking a
Process Operative to work within the Mattress Department, Leeds.

Hours:

Monday - Thursday, 6am - 4pm**The Process Operative will have a hands-on approach to production issues and proactive at sourcing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the finished products are in line with the overall quality criteria.
All tools & machinery are maintained and used correctly.
Health & Safety guidelines are always followed.
Reading production tickets to ensure each unit has the correct border/panels.
Using handheld terminals to scan the finished product.
Meeting production targets

About You:

Key Skills & Experience:

Enthusiastic and flexible approach to react on a daytoday basis to all requests, both internal and external.
Ability to selfmanage your time during the working day.
Attention to detail and the ability to think clearly and work under pressure.
Ability to multitask, work to deadlines and prioritise workload to deliver expectations and tasks.
Excellent communication skills
