JOB PURPOSE:


You will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing all aspects of the Product Team's administration, before, during and post market.


This role is offered on a temporary basis, and you must be available from Friday 29th September Tuesday 10th October 2023 inclusive. This role is based onsite in our Horseferry Campus in Westminster, London.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage market preparation and coordinate market schedule
  • Coordinate and prepare product packs/guidelines
  • Assist in providing materials and buying tools
  • Deal with high volumes of orders that require close attention to detail in fastpaced environment
  • Send communication to teams during market for amendments or important updates
  • Ensure order entry is accurate and that deadlines are met
  • Prepare visual recap presentations on buying assortments
  • Complete any administrative tasks as required by the team

PERSONAL PROFILE:


  • Previous administration experience in a wholesale environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • High numeracy skills and competency in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing
  • Enthusiastic and with the ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to work and multitask in a busy, fast paced team environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business
  • Excellent understanding of all programs on Microsoft Office
