Overview of the role


Working as part of our global People team that supports UK, Netherlands, Italy, Spain and UAE, you will provide People support and first line advisory to our employees in respective regions, contributing to the delivery of an effective and efficient HR support service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to all People activities including attendance management, maternity, paternity, disciplinary, grievances, compensation and organizational change;
  • Provide ongoing support as required and work in close collaboration with People Business Partners as well as specialist functions such as Talent Acquisition, L&D, IT, Payroll and stakeholders to ensure an exceptional customer experience and highquality business outcomes;
  • Provide service delivery support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle and effectively updating and maintaining our global HR systems, to ensure data integrity is achieved at all times;
  • Support the administrative tasks associated with starters, leavers, transfers and exit interviews for all employees under our remit;
  • Acknowledge all resignation letters, confirm final days and process any holidays owed;
  • Handle complaints and disciplinary procedures for the company
  • Implementing programs to improve the employee experience of the organization in the workplace
  • Develop and implement calendar of events/activities for staff, sourcing and liaising with suppliers as necessary;
  • Reconfiguring and updating HR templates e.g. letters, contracts, onboarding forms, etc;
  • Assist with any other tasks or global projects as and when may be necessary.

Required Skills:


  • 45 years of human resources experience
  • Proven experience within a People role in amedium sized organization, with exposure to working across a range of stakeholders and/or countries
  • Proficient Excel and Microsoft office tools
  • Understanding of general compensation, people, benefit programs and HR systems
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize and assist projects
  • Any additional language (Spanish or Italian)
