Senior IFA Administrator - IFA Firm - £30k - £35k - SW London (near Epsom)

My client who I have placed staff with are a boutique IFA firm with circa 12 staff who work with local families and HNW retirees.

They are a close knit team and support each other gain the most from their roles and offering the best service to clients.

Theyare seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to work under their Senior Paraplanner.

  • Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, Protections etc.
  • End to end administration on whole of market advice
  • Greeting clients ahead of their meetings with Advisers
  • Writing Letter of Authority and Valuation
  • Scheduling client reviews
  • Preparing documentation for any client reviews/meetings
  • Drafting basic suitability reports, assisting paraplanners
The role will be office based.

If you are sitting any exams towards your level 4 diploma, then my client will support you with your studies.

My client places a lot of emphasis on staff wellbeing and team rapport and regularly enjoy company socials and tripsaway as well as supporting.

Cultural fit will be very important to my client.

My client are looking to offer circa £30k - £35k basic salary plus a comprehensive study support package and bonus.
