Description

The consultant will provide a high level of clinical expertise and leadership, both for the team for which they are responsible and in borough-wide services.

We are offering a retention incentive in addition to the salary and London weighting.

Because we want to recruit the very best team, we are offering external new starters a retention incentive of £5,000 when they start and commit to working with us for one year.

Beyond that, a further £5,000 will be paid if a commitment is made to remain in post for a further two years.

The job plan is negotiable and can be tailored to meet their career and individual needs in line with the service needs as appropriate.
