We are looking for a highly motivated Business Assurance & Improvement Officer to join us and be part of an ongoing initiative to streamline and automate processes across our business.

We offer hybrid working, and your base office will be our Lincoln office, in North Hykeham.

How you'll support us

The invaluable experience you'll bring, to help us achieve more
Strong analytical skills are required to succeed in this role, and an understanding in
ISO 9001:2015. Bonus points for you if you are Lead Auditor qualified.

An understanding in
ISO 45001 & 14001 (SHE) practices would be highly advantageous, as would more specialised certification experience in
ISO 27001:2022.

You will have experience in a similar role and:

Have a strong interest in process improvement along with strong analytical skills
Be a customer focussed selfstarter with integrity and the ability to remain impartial
Possess experience and understanding of maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
Be audit trained (internal)
Be able to selfmanage goals, targets and outputs in order to deliver effective change with pace
Have experience and understanding of developing the wider business in Continuous Improvement activities, including implementation of its cultural mindset
Possess the confidence to show initiative, solve problems and make clear and reasoned decisions

It would be great if you had:

People management and training skills
ISO 45001 & 14001 qualified or experienced; an advantage but not essential

Our non-negotiables:

Due to the highly-secure nature of the projects you will be involved with, you
must be a UK National _and_ be eligible to undergo and maintain UK government SC Security Clearance.
