The role will see you manage consultants and make sure everything runs smoothly from a technical stand point ensuring that timescales/objectives are met and teams are working in the most effective and efficient way possible.

If you're looking for a change of pace in your career and want to manage multiple sites simultaneously in a company that values your input and experience, then this opportunity is for you The role will place a massive emphasis on the management of consultants, planning and overseeing work, the actual design work and drawings are produced by the engineering team but you will be tasked with checking and making sure they are correct.

A few things you may do but not limited to:

Managing consultants
Pre construction planning
Project management
Overseeing design work

What were looking for:

Solid experience as a Technical Coordinator ideally within a New Build Housing (Social Housing / Trade backgrounds may be considered)
Experience overseeing multiple sites simultaneously
Strong project management experience
Attention to detail

Salary is up to £50,000 and based near Sunderland.
