Behaviour Mentor - Leighton Buzzard

Responsibilities will include:


  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized behaviour plans for students
  • Providing direct instruction and coaching to students in areas such as social skills, selfregulation, and problemsolving
  • Collaborating with teachers and other school staff to support the academic and socialemotional needs of students
  • Monitoring student progress and making adjustments to intervention plans as needed
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as education, psychology, or social work
  • Experience working with students with challenging behaviours in a school setting
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • The ability to think critically and problemsolve
  • A positive and proactive approach to behaviour management
