The Job

The Company

IMMEDIATE START - A Central London, Building Services (MEP) consultancy business which is working on a number of Commercial fit-out work.

Due to their on-going work load, they need a Senior Mechanical Building Services consultant who is able to work on Commercial office type projects, based within Central London.

This is a minimum 3 month contract - ideal for a knowledgeable Mechanical Building Services consultant who is Revit.

The Role

You will be tasked with delivering Mechanical Building services engineering and design for a new 300 flat and 10,0000 Commercial area, together with the accompanying energy centre.

As a knowledgable Mechanical engineer, you will be working with an Electrical counter part and Revit technician to finalise schematics and co-ordination.

Mechanical Building Services demonstratable kniowledge will include:

Design of Heating, Airconditioning, Ventilation in Residential and Commercial environments.
Producing schematcis and HVAC system design and coordination
Plant selection and specification production

- detailing schematices, pipe and duct sizing and progress of the mechanical/electrical/public health coordination and design of the building.

Qualifications & Experience

B.Sc/B.Eng (Hons) Mechanical Engineering or similar

This is an immediate start and minimum 8 week contract.
