    Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Technology, Big Data & Finance

    Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + Uncapped Commission (Up to 40%)

    Edmund Evans have partnered with an elite recruitment firm that is looking for high-achieving graduates to join their growing team. They specialise in technology, big data, and finance, working with some of the most sought-after quantitative trading funds, hedge funds, fintech firms, and investment banks, placing top-tier talent in roles such as traders, quant researchers, AI specialists, data engineers, and networking professionals.

    Requirements

    This firm hires bright, driven graduates from top universities with a minimum of a 2:1 degree. Ideal candidates will have:

    • ABB+ at A-Level (minimum 38 IB) – strong academic background required
    • Confidence & commercial acumen – ability to engage with elite technical talent
    • Resilience & work ethic – recruitment is tough, but the rewards are huge

    As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:
