Senior Client Service Delivery Specialist

  • We have a range of roles across our Client Service Delivery team working in different product lines across Aon. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London and Chelmsford offices._

What the day will look like

  • You will be responsible for managing key technical activities across the broking / placement process_
  • A usual day as a Senior Client Service Delivery Specialist will involve:_
- _ Engagement with the broking teams and team leaders - large, complex, global insurance contracts, involving multiple insurers and high value insurance placements including new business._
- _ Liaising with underwriters _
- _Using technical system and engaging with Offshore Partners to produce high quality policy documents / invoice requests for complex risks_
- _ PPL integration work for MRC and MRCE _
- _Complex post placement query handling _
- _Provide SME technical placement advice to the Brokers as required. _
- _Mentor colleagues (including new joiners) providing support and additional training on the OneGBC process. _
- _Sharing best practice _
- _Presenting ideas on process improvements. _
- _Monitoring the risk life cycle / your workflow to ensure your policies are on track with performance targets._
- _ Collaborating with Client Service Delivery colleagues to meet divisional targets._
- _ Representing CSD in _
_certain__ GBC-wide technical Responsible for conducting technical slip reviews_
- _ Sign off on contracts / auditing of risks_

- _ Relevance experience within the insurance industry preferred._
- _ Understanding of insurance risk and actuarial principle preferred._

- _ Willingness to learn and share knowledge._
- _ Technical knowledge and an in depth understanding of the process from pre to post placement._
- _ Subject matter expert providing technical guidance and support to brokers on complex risks _

  • Ability to adapt MRC drafted contact to meet the brokers needs
