Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the dispatching of goods and materials to various destinations
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Communicate with drivers and other logistics personnel to ensure efficient transportation of goods
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize operations and reduce costs
- Identify and troubleshoot logístical issues and implement solutions
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of logistics operations, and develop reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, with specific experience in dispatching
- Strong communication, organizational, and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and build effective relationships with external partners
- Knowledge of logistics software and systems
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, as needed
