Hungerford

£23,000 - £26,000 Per Annum
Our well-established client based in Hungerford is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their team

Roles and Responsibilities:

Entering orders onto the company system
Coordinate between departments including finance, purchasing, and operations
Interact with customers at all stages of the purchase process including followups
Work alongside a member of the sales team to be full involved all aspects
Provide a specific tailored service
Experience in a customer service role
Strong IT Skills
Knowledge of the Sage database (desirable)
Good telephone skills
Attention to detail
Full UK Driving License + own transport is essential due to the location
