Salary:
Starting from £15 - £17 per hour DOE + Overtime
Contract:
Full time, Permanent
Hours:39 hours per week (Mon-Thu 8.00am-4.30pm and Fri 8.00am-3.30pm)

Tri Group Ltd are a leading specialist provider of Industrial & Commercial door services across Scotland. Well established, for the last 35 years we have serviced customers from our offices and manufacturing facility in Glasgow.
Within our Mechdoors division, which specialises in the manufacture, installation, repair and maintenance of industrial doors, we have the opportunity for an experienced Industrial Door Engineer to join our team.
You would be joining an independent Scottish family business with over a third of employees havingmore than 20 years' service with the company.
With our in-depth knowledge and experience of a wide range of industrial doors, we provide full in-house technical guidance and support for all our engineers.
Door Engineer - The role:
This role is ideal for someone who wants the opportunity to prove themselves, giving you the opportunity to expand your industrial door knowledge and experience with a company that will provide you with all the guidance and support necessary to maximise yourpotential.
In addition to this as our Door Engineer you will be responsible for:
- On-site installation, repair and maintenance of manual and electrical industrial doors including roller shutters, steel doorsets, sectional doors, high speed doors, loading bays, dock levellers, automatic gates and barriers.
- Mechanical and electrical installation, fault finding and repair.
- Visiting sites predominantly within central Scotland, and occasionally elsewhere within the UK.
- Working as the lead engineer in a team of two and working on your own on occasions.
- Emergency callout service for our regular customers, which we provide without the need for an oncall rota system.
In order to be successful within this role you should have:
- Previous experience of working with industrial doors, either in the role of an industrial door engineer or in the role of an assistant industrial door engineer who wants the opportunity to prove themselves and progress.
- A clean and current driving licence.
