    About the Role

    This company is looking for a Founding Commercial Lead / Head of Sales to take full ownership of go-to-market and revenue growth. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of a mission-driven company while building from the ground up. You'll work directly with users, close enterprise deals, and build the commercial function around you.

    What They're Looking For

    • History of scaling B2B or enterprise SaaS from ~£2M to £10M+ ARR
    • Experience independently closing £100K+ ACV enterprise deals
    • You've likely been the first sales hire and built a high-performing team
    • Confident leading consultative, complex sales with clinicians, operators, and execs
    • Proven experience building and coaching sales teams to hit quarterly targets
    • Excellent communicator — able to turn complex ideas into crisp, clear value
    • Deep discovery mindset — you uncover pain points and opportunities quickly
    • Highly organised and able to manage multiple stakeholders across complex orgs
    • Adaptive and pragmatic — you know when to stay the course or pivot fast
    • Growth-oriented — seeking to grow into a senior executive position
    • Proficient with CRM tools and sales enablement systems
    • UK-based and ready to join a team with big ambitions

    Responsibilities

    • Own the entire sales process: discovery, closing, onboarding, and expansion
    • Lead by example: close deals while designing the GTM function
    • Build and implement scalable sales playbooks and best practices
    • Serve as a conduit between users and product — distilling insights clearly
    • Coach future hires and build a values-aligned, high-output sales team
    • Manage complex stakeholder relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to align product, growth, and customer success
    • Track, analyse, and optimise pipeline performance using data
    • Push the team — and yourself — to higher standards through feedback and continuous improvement
    • Stay close to the market: share insights, test assumptions, and iterate fast
