Are you an individual who loves to provide customers with a fantastic level of service?


Here at P&O Ferries we are looking for a number of customer service advisors based here in Diver to join our busy contact centre team.

This is such an exciting time to join P&O Ferries with 2 new ships joining our fleet in 2023 as well as being part of the DP World family it is a great opportunity to join a brand who want to see your career excel.

Location - office based we have a number of flexible and permanent roles that will fit with the hours that suit your needs, this can be discussed at interview


What does it involve?

  • Using our inhouse reservations systems to create and manage bookings
  • This role will involve a high level of customer service and you must have the ability to meet targets
  • This is a busy role which will include shifts working weekends and evenings

About you:

  • No previous contact centre experience required BUT you must be able to demonstrate an understanding of great customer service.
  • You will be outgoing, looking for a challenging and fast paced role
  • Custom focused as well as having great persuasion skills and willing to pitch when required
  • Strong verbal communication skills
