AJ Chambers is working with one of the
UK's Leading Law Firms, who are looking to introduce an experienced Corporate Senior Associate to their Corporate Team in the new year

The ideal Solicitor should be 6+ years PQE, from Senior Associate to Partnership level with proficient Corporate & Commercial knowledge


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handling Mergers and Acquisition matters, for Private Equity and Owner Managed Businesses
  • Shareholder Agreements in Banking & Finance
  • Assisting in supervising and managing a Team of Junior Solicitors
  • Meet the firms set billing targets
  • Be a Team Player and take part in Business Development
