Based near great transport links, this leading London College group are looking for an Operations and Examinations Manager to join their team.

Description
The main responsibilities for the Operations Manager are:
- Line managing the Examinations team, and also leading all examinations administration across the colleges.
- Being responsible for up to date systems and the implementation of recording the examinations on the MIS package.
- Establishing strong relationships with Assistant Principles and Headteachers.
- Recording detailed analysis of examinations.
Profile
The successful Operations Manager will have the ability to generate new methods of working, whilst all being highly motivated.
Excellent communication sills are essential (both written and verbal), alongside great interpersonal skills.
Some experience of organising and running the examinations process would be beneficial.
Job Offer
Salary of up to £46,000 per annum and generous benefits.
