Inclusion Support Worker required for a primary school in Leeds, starting afte February half term.


The school is looking for somebody who has current experience of developing provision and practice in supporting pupils with additional SEND needs including children with complex SEND who may have a EHCP.

The school is located very close to Leeds City Centreand has a unique and culturally diverse community.


Working under the direction of the SENCO and Senior Inclusion Support Worker, you will be expected to support pupils accessing learning.

Ideally you will have previous experience working with complex medical conditions, speech and language or communicationneeds.

The Responsibilities for this role:

  • Creating a positive learning environment
  • Creating specific lessons plans based to accommodate all students
  • Monitoring every student's development and creating plans to help with progress.
  • Working closely with other staff to ensure the facilitation of learning.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR VERITAS EDUCATION

  • Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained
  • You must have legal right to work in the UK
  • You must be willing to attend a registration interview
