The Role of the Administrator Assistant
- Responsible for supporting the Company with our employee's life cycle with us, from recruitment.
- Supporting the Company to ensure that all the legal compliance documentation is implemented including Pre-Employment Checks, Contracts of Employment, Right to Work Checks, Policies, DBS checks and Job Descriptions.
- Liaise with the NHS trust we support to ensure a seamless service
- Day to day coordination and support of the rotas for our radiologists, radiographers and sonographers
- Gathering and reporting of data statistics from NHS departments around the region
- Organising educational and training events
- To attend one educational meeting every two months in the evening between 5pm 8pm
- Any other reasonable task as requested by your Manager or the Managing Director
Requirements of the Administrator Assistant
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to use spreadsheets and excel and to analyse data
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Flexibility to juggle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail
