Atlas Diagnostics is a leading provider of radiology reporting within the Northwest to the NHS with ambitions for growth. Join us an Administrator.

The Role of the Administrator Assistant

  • Responsible for supporting the Company with our employee's life cycle with us, from recruitment.
- onboarding, to exits.

  • Supporting the Company to ensure that all the legal compliance documentation is implemented including Pre-Employment Checks, Contracts of Employment, Right to Work Checks, Policies, DBS checks and Job Descriptions.
  • Liaise with the NHS trust we support to ensure a seamless service
  • Day to day coordination and support of the rotas for our radiologists, radiographers and sonographers
  • Gathering and reporting of data statistics from NHS departments around the region
  • Organising educational and training events
  • To attend one educational meeting every two months in the evening between 5pm 8pm
  • Any other reasonable task as requested by your Manager or the Managing Director

Requirements of the Administrator Assistant

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Ability to use spreadsheets and excel and to analyse data
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Flexibility to juggle multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail
