Job Summary:


To work as a member of the Catering & Hospitality Team, delivery a high quality of customer service to visitors to Parc Bryn Bach.

The post holder will be responsible for
serving or waitering food and drinks at Parc Bryn Bach.


The postholder will need to be prepared to work flexible hours during opening times to ensure the smooth running of the catering units.


The post holder will be responsible for the provision of quality hot and cold drinks and need to be able to operate the provided equipment efficiently.


The postholder will need to be able to work as part of a busy, focussed team as well as being able to work on their own initiative.

The job will entail handling cash, taking payments, operating the till.


The postholder will show willingness to support cleaning of the areas and preparing for the following shift, which may include set ups and room turnovers.


Consistently delivering high standards of customer service, dealing with enquiries from members of the public, reporting back to the Duty Supervisor or Manager.

The postholder will need to comply with hygiene, Food Safety Management System and safety procedures.

The postholder will ensure wearing correct uniform and adhering to Trust brand standards.

Thorough pre-employment screening is undertaken during the recruitment process.
