The role

We are looking for an experienced Negotiator / Senior Negotiator to join our Residential Sales team in St Albans The role will support the regional business offices as well as other departments, with the progression of ongoing sale as well as speaking to Applicants and conducting viewings.

In this role you will be:

Meeting with clients and assess their particular needs
Registering and managing applicants
Arranging and attending viewings around homes
Liaison between sellers and potential buyers, and relevant external advisors
Working on the progression of deals from offer to exchange
Assisting in the management and progression of the sales pipeline
Delivering exceptional client service
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with our clients

About you:

Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
Demonstrate a proven track record in growing social media following
Have a good understanding of current industry standards and regulations and be able to speak knowledgably to clients and applicants
Ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
Demonstrable experience of working within a fast paced sales environment
Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook) and experience of using KYC systems or similar.

You will be an excellent team player with solid organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
