The Peninsula London is seeking to hire an enthusiastic Group & Events Planning Coordinator.The role will support the Group & Events Planning team with all related administrative tasks allowing the team to work effectively and enhance the guest experience.
The Coordinator will also have the opportunity to assist with the planning of all internal Peninsula Events.- An exceptional opportunity to join our highprofile flagship hotel opening in London

- Provide administrative support to the Group & Events Planning Team, responsible for the day to day event materials, gift inventory and internal correspondence.
- Responsible for the coordination and planning of internal event bookings.
- Participate in relevant alignment meetings such as the daily hotel and division briefings, monthly sales and marketing, group resume meetings, precon meetings, client feedback meetings, daily and weekly BEO meetings, operational feedback meetings and credit/PM meetings
- Minimum 12 years with previous planning, banquet, events or conference services preferred.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Fluent English language skills
The Peninsula London will open with 190 guestrooms, 25 luxury residences, restaurants, spa and wellness and banqueting facilities, overlooking Hyde Park Corner in the heart of Belgravia nestled between the Royal Parks.
