Surveyor (Repairs & Maintenance) needed in Manchester, £28ph - Reference: / 1

As a Building Surveyor you will be responsible for providing an effective high quality repairs service, as part of a busy team.
You will have responsibility for preinspection and postinspection, monitoring of both repairs and variations to tenanted and void properties.
Within your role you will liaise with contractors to resolve any problems and ensure all work is carried out to the required standard within budget.
You will provide support to New Tenancy and Neighbourhood Service teams to minimise the void times
Most of your day will be out and about in the community meeting tenants in their homes, you will have the opportunity to update our systems whilst in properties and there will be some administration time required in the office.

Full driving licence

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
